A memorable lore between the English alphabet ‘T’ to ‘L

Initially,  our house was a store room for  farmers .They  have stored harvest in the varandha of our  house  eventually ,it  is transformed  as our  residence. Veranda, aramathil and pillars were  the significant prop in our games. As per the requirement of the  play the perception of aramathil also  changes   for instance, We have  assumed  it as many things such as, a train, vegetable shop, study table ,bus and many more. 

My house is  a birth place for three generations .It is older than my father’s age. It was a primitive  fashioned terracotta tail roofed house with  rectangular shape .The rooms were luminous and plesent during the day time  infact, In order to make the rooms sunny we have fixed  a glass piece between the tile   Each room of the house has a natural light source from the  roof .A room with good light source from the roof  was a a cinema theatre and it reminded us the light of a cinema theater’s  project room  In order to get the light focused we used to shut all the windows of that room and made it dark . and used to project films by using this light source.A piece of ironed  white cloth spreads on the floor where the light fall was the screen of our home theater.

  In those days we used to get extracted transparent plastic film pieces from the stationary shops and it was the major external resources of our film making. We used to hold  the film against light when the light pass through the film  we could  able to  see the obscured still images of various film stars .Our house  was majorly get renovated Twice and changed  the layout .It was firstly get renovated at the time of my father’s marriage.After the first phase of reconstruction the outlook of house remind the English alphabet T.The shape of T very well compare with the shape of a sharp double edged  digger.

As per  vastu shastra it is one of the  forbidden  shapes for an architecture form because it  may  generate   a  negative energy .There was  pundit  who  resides near to my house were  specialised  in various architectural  logic and different  mystical measurements . Eventually we have had a consult with him and as per his recommendation we have  changed  the external outlook of the house  and it leaded to the second phase of house construction. One of the significant change which he has suggested is the shift of main entrance of the house from east to west phase.There are  two entrances  to our house from both east and west phase  however due to the inappropriate road  facility   we were very rarely used the east phase as an entrance to our houseEverything expect the floor of one room in this house were made up with cow dung and it was made due to hygienic  reason . This room  was used by my grandmother  and every quarter of the year she used to  collect the cow dung and  prepare the ground  of the room  Eventually, the floor of this  room also plastered with cement 

 Except this room  the  floor of the house were made up with cement and various colour oxides .It was one of the styles remain in the interior  designs of most of the houses in Kerala. The Ground of  portico of the house and the room which is in south phase were black colour. The floor of the  drawing room was in red colour .It was a significant room because we have setup  the home alter in this room .We were irregular to the rosary prayer initially my mother used to initiated the prayer  but when we grew up me and my brother has taken the lead of the rosary .I used to get  sleep when it continued  . my grandmother used to complete a prayer with   tremble   voice and soggy eye  .In fact, That was the particular moment she remembered her two  departed beloved children  in their infancy.I have not scene them however I have been knowing then through the stories
